Redmi 11S simultaneous Sim use including esim

No. With a phone that supports dual SIM, you can use a maximum of 2 SIMs at the same time, no more.

Like MeiGuddet said, only 2 SIMs are supported at a time. Enabling eSIM deactivates SIM 2.
