Problem with md5 verification and write/delete file on my phone

Hi guys.... I have two BIG problem.

I can't use my cwm backup because md5 verification failed
And
I can't modify any file on my phone. I can't cut/copy/delete anything

I already done full wipe
I already done rom reflash

Last thing is only bootloader

Reboot phone recovery mode, go to install zip/ install zip from sideload options.
Downlad and unpack https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/9967...stboot.zip
Open terminal window your pc

adb sideload philz_touch_6.26.7-aries-signed.zip

After installation reboot recovery again.
Backup restore/nandroid settings disable md5 check.
Restore old backup.

adb sideload philz_touch_6.26.7-aries-signed.zip

how could i do?

I can't download dropbox file(404 not found)
and where i find terminal window on windows 7?

And for delete/copy/cut problem?

adb sideload philz_touch_6.26.7-aries-signed.zip

Open your device to fastboot mode and extract recovery.img from your downlaoed recovery.zip
And open the terminal

cd C:\where\downladed\adb-fastboot-dir\
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot

After installation reboot recovery again.
Backup restore/nandroid settings disable md5 check.
Restore old backup.

I flashed new recovery.
I have many problems to restore /data partition.

But ...big problem is that I can't write anything on internal sdcard of my mi2
Also config files of philz recovery..NOTHING

What could I do now
So I can't backup Nothing from my phone
