Poco F4 GT

Hello,
I'm all new to this and I'm sorry if this question has been posted before but I couldn't find the answer.
I have a new poco F4 GT currently it has the EU latest stock firmware. Where can I find the fastboot instructions to flash the correct firmware here for my F4 GT? And how does it get updated after it has been completely flashed? I prefer not to flash TWRP.
Hopefully someone can help me here.

I understand and I'm sorry. But I'm just a bit confused so you are saying I won't get a proper installation because I have android 12 recovery?

No. I said that you can only install a current recovery ROM with a recovery suitable for A12.
