In connection with the new phone Pocophone f1 release, Xiaomi has introduced a new MIUI launcher. It is very similar to the Google pixel launcher but still retains the original feature of the MIUI system. Personally I like it very much and it's only one which made me to switch from the standard MIUI system launcher. As Poco F1 launcher is beta version, it has no all features of the original one that comes with Pocophone f1 but I would say still usable. I can only recommend the ZIP version and installed from TWRP recovery. Here are some screenshots:
