Phone Blocked By Miaccount But Miaccount Deleted From Pc

Guys i have a problem that I do not know if you find the solution.
I have a redmi 3s pro blocked from my account but despite having the password of the latter does not release me because the account has been deleted from the PC and not the phone and then made phone reset.
So now I wonder: We charge that the phone is locked and that the bootloader is locked there any solution (even writing to xiaomi same) or is likely to remain a paperweight?

I don't know if it's possible to completely delete the mi account. But if you really did it, the only option is to recover it somehow. If Xiaomi has some support or what try to contact them.
