Open (unlock) Bootloader In Dead Xiaomi Redmi/hongmi Note 4g

I have XIAOMI Redmi/Hongmi Note 4G Snapdragon MSM8928 Quad Core 1.6GHz 5.5 Inch.
Now My device is DEAD- no MI logo,no charging led, black screen, no fastboot, no recovery options at all!
My win 7 recognizes my Xiaomi note as- Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 with no error at all (com 10).
I can't flash it, Because the bootloader is loced.
I can't unlock it in a normal way by using unlock app web ! Because My device is DEAD
Can anyone tell me How to Open (unlock) bootloader in this situation?.

You must use engineering cable to flash in edl mode.

Maybe I have to get auth.file and then I'll succeed to flash my device.
Anyone can get me auth.file for my Redmi/Hongmi Note???
