I had just update the ROM to the 14.0.23.6.5 weekly version, and I find out I was unable to use my camera either from the built-in Camera app or some other application. I was also not able to add new fingerprint profile too, but existing fingerprint worked well. I tried to re-flash the persist partition following some guides (I got the persist.img from the Official Fastboot ROM, it should be the stock one), but it still don't work.
After some exploration I surprisingly find out that Facial Recognition works, and I was even able to add a new facial recognition profile and see my face fine on the screen. Compasses and accelerometer also worked fine. I am not sure whether this is a problem with the persist partition or the problem with the new DEV ROM.
