Nougat Wi-fi Hotspot Problem

I'm trying create a wi-fi hotspot in my MI5 to share my internet, but the internet in the other devices stay so slow that is unusable... I'm on 8.1.7.0.
Anyone with this problem?

Did you fix it? I'm on 8.1.6.0 and everything's good

No, but the problem its just when I connect the ps4 first in network... If I create hotspot and connect a smartphone or laptop first they connect OK.
But in the ps4 it is unusable, reaching 2KB/s and not opening nothing, but it's not a problem from MI5 for sure
