New Normal calls do not work

It doesn't work for marking "normal" calls because every time I want to make a call my phone operator's signal goes out, but I can use data (Surfing the Internet)
It also tells me an error when selecting the operator network (only when the call ends).

What is the device?
What ROM have flashed?
Have you tried to flash modem image?

If your carrier hasn't 3G network anymore the VoLTE/VoWiFi/VoNR will be mandatory for voice calls on 4G and 5G networks. So check it and enable if necessary.

I've made and received several calls on the newest ROM on my Mi 13 Ultra.

You need to provide a lot more data here ..
