Noise Cancelling Cancels Out My Voice

Whenever I'm making a call, the other person says it sounds like I'm under water or far away from the mic. I've googled it up and found several forum posts about this. The problem is the noise cancelling.

I have not found a thread with this problem on the Redmi Pro yet. Is there a possibility to disable noice cancelling? Someone else also got this problem? 2 of my 3 Redmi pro's has this problem. I'm on the newest weekly rom, always.

I has the same problem and my girlfriend too.
We bought two redmi pro and when we use loud speaker on calls the noise cancellation cuts my voice sometimes and the soundtrack looks distant. We have tried some stable and weekly roms, and always happens.
