Invalid NO decrytp / TWRP 3.5.0. / Redmi K30 5G

ROM (21.5.20 / 21.5.12), update with, twrp-3.5.0_10-4-picasso-Hadenix.img
, but i had this issue, when i did wipe cache and dalvik:

Failed to mount "/system_ext" (Permission denied)
E:Unable to decryp FBE devise

But it update and no new problems
NOTE: Why don´t it ask me , pattern to decrytp?

You mean drawn pattern? idk if it is supported in twrp. Btw, FBE partition contains the decrypt pin, if you wipe 8t, you lose your decrypt key and cannot decrypt. Try using a pin instead of pattern.
