No Boot With 6.12.15

Hi, I unlocked the device, installed TWRP, bootet into it, even erased the data partition and uploaded the Miui.eu 6.12.15 and installed it, wiped cache and now it boots for ever, no final boot. Anything that is special with the Mi4c ????

ohh i see system partion is empty, but how can be ?

yes recovery is no problem, when i install system is also there, but doesn't boot.
