Need help flashing 1.5.13 on Vibrant

Heys guys I'm pretty experienced with flashing "basic" rom's (bi-winning/axura/team w. Stuff) on my Samsung Vibrant but I'm having major trouble with the "big dog" CM7 and this lastest one (MIUI 1.5.13) I followed the instructions to a "T" and i keep getting the following on my phone.

assert failed: write_raw_image ("/tmp/modem.bin", "radio"
Installation aborted

Does anyone know what I'm doing incorrectly?
