My voice cannot be heard in a phone call

Hi:

I just purchased the Red Rice and all worked fine in phone calls. But suddenly one day, in all phone calls even I can listen the other person, they cannot listen my voice.

I have tried to "play" with the option of noise suppresion of "single mic" and "double mic" but it does not help. I can record videos with sound, and also I can record audio messages in WhatsApp but in a phone call the other person cannot listen to me, please, does this have a solution? Why is this happening?
