I've tried to root using some tips from internet, now my device it's stuck on logo and never boot...i've done probably something worng ... please help me.....

Your safe option now is probably fastboot flash stock miui either using mi flash or terminal.

ok done and now the device it now online : but i've a question. Iinstalled the global developer image now the version is :


MIUI8 Global 6.7.5 | beta


Can now install the weeekly developer update or only stable ROM (no weekly)?

Obviusoly thanks to all : but now my doubt is related to what can i install (in term of firmaware update -rom) over this version.
Help is appreciated.

It's normal, I think u're trying to install using the app updater but how rena7lrai73 said, u need to first install the twrp recovery via adb commands and when it's done install the rom using twrp...YouTube can help you

Twrp ... Go twrp >factory reset. ,wipe cache and dalvik cache then install our rom from internal storage.
