loads of ppl over at xda are having this problem and im helping ppl (#xda=Reaper7881)

then jus pm me and ill tell u what to do. but u must be familiar with fastboot commands and terminal commands

see if u have proper usb connectivity and sdcard access in miui
also try to enable bluetooth if it doesnt work then

But i will need to edit the mtd0.img file to accomodate for your branding or no branding on yer phone (orang001 tmobil112)

1.Fastboot oem enableqxdm 0

2.Then pm me ur cid (fastboot oem boot then look for cid: )

3.Then i will send u a link to the required files via pm

4.Then extract the 2files to sd card

5.Then move the 2 files to /data

6. then install terminal emulator on the phone and

Su
Chmod 755 /data/flash_image

/data/flash_image misc /data/mtd0.img (recheck spelling here)

Then just reboot
And enable bluetooth and see if sd card errors are gone
