MIUI11 V11.0.1.0 Android 10 Issue.

Hello!
Today I updated my device from 11.0.7.0 with Android 9 to 11.0.1.0 with Android 10 (OTA update), so, when the update finished I noticed that the SIM card it's no recognized, I can´t do any call or send SMS's. Somebody know how to fix this?

I don't recognize the versions you mentioned. I use this one with no troubles

if you still didn't solved you may try:
Settings \ passwords&security \ authorization&revocation \ xiaomi SIM actviation-----de-select.
And please answer about what happens.
