Hello everyone,
I have a Redmi Note 9 Pro
Androidversion: 12 SKQ1.211019.001
MIUI-Version:
MIUI Global
13.0.2Stabil
13.0.2.0(SJZEUXM)
I saw this post here, which describes my error the same way: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/apps-wont-boot-until-restart.73990/
I wonder, why it was marked as invalid?
My error:
At some point in time, some apps (always the same) stop functioning:
- WhatApps opens, but can't send or receive messages
- MS Outlook, MS Teams, PayPal, Post & DHL won't open and stuck in splash-screen
What I've tried:
- Airplane mode on/off
- WLAN only / mobile only
- App permissions > wlan, mobile, background allowed.
- Battery optimazation for each app > no limitation
- MIUI optimazation (developer mode) > disables
- reinstalled app
Only working 'solution': restart phone
I *guess* it happens, when battery is lower 20%, but not always.
I heard, I shall test resetting network settings, but I will loose stored wifis.
The TO of the above post, also tried factory reset, without luck. before going that route, I would like to, know, if there are ways to narrow down the cause.
Here is a adb-log, of the outlook and whatsapp app. I hope, I did it right under linux:
PS: Would the ROM MIUI 13 in this forum make sense to install?
Thanks in advance for your help!
