Invalid MIUI 13 not opening apps on click

So, I've got this massive problem with my new Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G. When I attempt to open an application via the home screen, it stays on the icon's clicking shade. Then, it says "System Launcher has stopped". I press OK, and it reloads. How I use apps is once I reboot, I have like 30 and fewer seconds to open apps, and I keep the apps in my recents so I can open them again.

Note that I'm not a tech guy or anything and I have apps downloaded (all from the play store) and I don't want to do a reset. Is this happening to anyone else too? If you know how to fix this, have any suggestions, or need more info, let me know.

Anyway a good start would be to disable the autostart (or uninstall) for a few of the apps you installed.
