Misterious Ota And Inesistent Global Rom

Hi. Yesterday I downloaded an OTA update (I have the rom 5.9.18), that didn't have a changelog. The servers seam to be chinese because were really slow.
Ok, downloaded, I go to downloaded_rom folder for see what rom I downloaded.

Ok, a global rom... But it doesn't exists on en.miui.com! What is happening?!

It was most likely released but taken down after you downloaded it because there were probably some issues with the ROM.
Why that Global ROM was downloaded and not something else will probably stay a mystery.

There currently is a developer ROM 5.10.15 on the MIUI website but I recommend you just wait for Xiaomi.eu to release theirs, skipping a week or so shouldn't be that bad.

The question is: why a global rom that doesn't exist?

Ps: I don't want to update, rom 5.9.18 works fine
