I have Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Router Mini and I made tests of wifi speeds. The download is limited somehow to 30mbps. There is no such limitation in the router settings. Everithing is set to auto. Nevertheless I tried to make a limitation for my device for 50mbps (in order to increase the DL) but again the max is 30...
The Internet connection is Fiber and before the router the download is 50 mbps as this is my plan.
I see the specs of the router and it capabilities are:
