Mi4c Very Laggy Personal Hotspot

Hi guys. I've just got my mi4c with latest stable xoaomi.eu firmware. And i noticed some strange things with personal hotspot mode.

When i use phone as AP and from my PC ping to my mi4c i got about 70% packet loss.

So with bluetooth tethering i get much more reliable connection and higher speed internet on my pc via mi4c.

Can it be somehow fixed via settings or is it just ****** xiaomi's hardware?

It's a bug on last stable, downgrade to 8.1

What is the easiest way to do this? Can i just download rom and use default update app(with manual selection of downloaded rom)?

Flash in twrp and factory reset because it's a downgrade
