New Mi4c V8.5.1.0 Bluetooth Car Pairing Issue

Hey Guys, i've tried to pair my Mi4C ( V8.5.1.0) with my Car. But while trying to pair the Car gives me a Pin to enter at the Phone to confirm the connection, but i get no promt to enter a Pin at my Mi4C.
No Promt, no message, no keyboard. I didn't find any similar problem in the forums. Is there a hint you can give me to solve the Problem?

I've already cleared the cache and deleted the bluetooth data in the app setting. The connection with my Mi Band 2 works as intended.

I have the same problem with mi5s and miui all roms official and non official.
Seems to work fine with aosp roms like pixel experience rom.
