Mi4c Ram Usage

Hello,
I have Mi4c 3gb ram version.
I bought the phone on February and after i recieved it i installed xiaomi.eu rom (and updated roms since).
In the begining phone showed 1.5-1.7 GB ram free after clearing apps.
And just recently i noticed, that often after apps are cleared it shows only 900-1000mb free. And i cannot clear any more rams, unless i reboot phone and then it shows 1.5-1.7 again for a day or so.
Is this normal?

That's the usual behavior of my phone since I have it (begining of January). So, I guess it's normal. Sometimes, without doing anything, the free RAM gets a little higher, like 1.2 or 1.3. But the main thing for me it's that the phone never gets laggy. So, nevermind the free RAM it shows
