Hi,
I live in the Netherlands and we have something called NLAlert, A notification service that works via Cell Broadcasts.
I noticed I didn't receive the test message that was sent today and couldn't find the option to enable it anywhere.
I remember there being such an option for emergencies but it looks like it is hidden.
Is there any way to enable this?
