Mi4c 8.5.1.0 Still Cant Record 4k?

just updating, i looked at the description "Our ROMs features (Whats not in Global):"
and one of them states

• Added 4k Video support for MI4C, MI4S, HMNote3Pro, HMNote3SE, HMNote4X

but i still cant record 4k video, at least not from the stock camera app?
i think its an incorrect statement?

Install weekly... its not included in the stables..

ah.. i see..
but why wouldnt they also applied 4k in stable version?
any other difference between weekly and stable update that i should know about? especially in camera performance. thanks
