mi3 can use voice recognize?

Hello everyone I am Thai student in China, I just bought the xi3 wcdma. As I am not good in Chinese so I decided to change into multi langue rom. Before xi3 I used note 1 and I liked to use voice recognize to type things. So I would like to know if mi3 can have voice recognize or not please ? Thanks
