Mi TV 4S goes to sleep after wake or boot up

Hello everyone,

I have an issue with MI TV 4s, when system boots up or gets out from sleep, tv automatically go to sleep, and when i turn it on after this event, everything works normal... Any ideas what could cause this issue, thanks!

CEC is turned off and only device that is connected to TV is Mi Box S and cable tv.
