Mi Note (virgo): Updated Twrp, Please Use In Future Builds!

Hello,
I am a user of the weekly ROM releases on my Xiaomi Mi Note virgo. I noticed that the TWRP that comes with all builds is missing following functionality:

• USB-OTG does not work
• Images inside /data can't be mounted (thus making stuff like flashing Magisk fail)
