when i tried to switch on the camera i found the phone saying camera unrichable so i reboated it and suddenly it won't start and got stuck on MI logo, i decided i will hard reset it but accsessing the recovery menu and hard reset not complete and again stuck on mi logo, after i dig everywhere i found the internet it is possible to flahs Fastboot rom but the point is my BL is still locked and i never unlocked it before

how can i unlock the botloader while the phone is dead (but readable on my laptop) or if no need to unlock bootloader is it possible to install Fastboot rom or recovery rom and get the phone back to work ? PS i can't visit any Mi support center as i am onboard for now also i can pay online if there is a process to acsess online support and they do the job online
