Mi Home Security Camera 360° (1080p) can't read QR code

Hi,

Just bought a Mi Home Security Camera 360° (1080p) . When I try to add it to Mi Home App it can't read the QR code.
I tryed all the things: print it, capture it and display it in my pc monitor, capture it and enlarge it in my smartphone but the yellow light keeps blinking and nothing happens.

Can somebody help me?

Check your app is set to the same Region as your camera... There are Global Version and Chinese Mainland versions.

Go to profile settings region on the app

I had the same issue with one of mine, as soon as I switched the land on Xiaomi Home, I could read the QR code

But you can not mix and match devices in different regions - so check when you buy what region the device is from.

Thanks for your help but I already returned the camera.
I tryed to put my app in Chinese Mainland too.

Can't say anything of the camera after installed but its setup sucks....
