When opened the Xiaomi app to set up the sensitivity partition grid it was available and working well yesterday morning. Then maybe an hour later the option dissappeared and now it is replaced by a simple 'high sensitivity' and 'low sensitivity' choice. Did the iOS app receive some update which removed the sensitivity partition settings and replaced it by this worse option?
