Mi compact Projector green screen

When i turn on my MI compact projector it shows a green screen, i can't do anything, is there any solution for this green screen ???

Hi I have the same problem. Could you get it solved? Unfortunately, I am so frustrated by the lack of proper information and customer information from Xiaomi in Germany.
