Mi 8 SE stucked in boot loop

I tried to install MIUI 10 EU, but I wiped internal storage, after this I couldn´t copy the rom from the computer to the phone.
I flashed the ROM via OTG but after reboot it gets stucked in the boot animation, and nothing else happens
I also tried installing the zip from adb sideload but the result is the same
What can I do? I´m getting desperate u.u

Hi, that didn´t work, what I ended up doing was flashing the rom in fastboot mode with Mi Flash Pro, it worked, thank you
