(MI 8 SE SIRIUS) No twrp

hello im using MI 8 SE, i wanna update to latest weekly which is 9.2.21 FROM 9.2.15 but i noticed that when i wanna boot to TWRP recovery my phone stuck at MI logo with unlocked screen, is this mean my TWRP is gone? should i install TWRP again and what version?

nope done that first, it doesnt boot to TWRP at all

it wont boot to recovery. stucked on mi logo and unlocked. i guess i just have to fastboot flash recovery with the risk of losing data.

On my Mi6 i loose recovery every week after flash..

Update Rom from twrp --> reboot
Fastboot Flash recovery
Flash magisk

Next Update, repeat.

No risk.

Edit, my twrp gets replaced by stock recovery..

i just fastboot flash recovery 1227 TWRP and booted it and flash latest weekly successfully and it booted. thanks for your help man

Unfortunately, 9.2.21 has many bugs. Drain battery and wifi is weak!
I think you should keep 9.2.15 and wait for next version.

I was struggling whole day with updating my MI 8 SE from MIUI 9.5.8 eurom from manufacturer to newest 10.2.2.0 eurom.
Every time i got a bootloop. Even flashed the official Chinese 10.2.2 version and updated that one to 10.2.2 which also resulted into bootloop.
Eventually i saw this threat and flashed official Chinese 9.2.15 rom. (I knew the drill now and than flashed it with eurom 9.2.15 and ... IT WORKED!
I was very happy with my phone only had some issues and wanted MIUI 10.

Hello. Whenever this happens, after
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img

Execute the command
fastboot boot recovery twrp.img

It will boot from the image you are sending, but from there you can reboot to recovery
