New MI 8 SE doesn't update/ROM change

Hi, my wife have a MI 8 SE and the phone doesn't want to update...

I want to change to the Official ROM but it doesn't work...

I tried to Wipe All Data and do a Factory Reset but it doesn't work...
Help Please

So if you wanna switch to official (global I guess) then you use manual install form TWRP.

You do download global rom for your device, copy it to internal storage, start Updater app, MENU > Reboot to recovery, then hit Install button and select global rom, in the end wipe user data.
And backup data before you start if necessary.

There is no global rom for mi 8 se...
If you're installing the official rom, you will get some app in Chinese, even if you chose English for language.
