Unplug. Remove the two small pieces of plastic either side of the slot at the back. Unscrew either side. Slide out the circuit board. Turn the projector over. Remove all the rubber covers. Unscrew all screws. Turn back upright. Part the upper cover from the base. You do not need to remove the complete cover. Make enough space where the speaker cover is and remove speaker cover start at top. This may dislodge the wire to the infrared (slots back in easily). You will see the black laser. Tap it gently a few times. Plug in. if same, repeat a few more taps. If fixed, reposition the speaker cover and reverse sequence the above.
