Mi 11 won't notify me in sleep; 11 5G NE does. Why? How to fix this?

Tl;dr: I can't make my Mi 11 wake me with notification.

For example i don't get Telegram+Alertify alerts. If i open the phone, boom it's there. I can't tell if it puts the apps to sleep, or just kills the internet.

What I've tried:
- disabled deep sleep (doze) via terminal.
- disabled "kill network in sleep" in battery settings.
- disabled battery saver and allowed autorun for Telegram and Alertify.

Yet, like there is no internet while sleep. In my guess, it's the lack of internet.

I have a 11 5G NE, running the same XiaomiEU Stable rom and that works perfectly. It seriously baffles me. I even transferred settings via Mi Mover and Google while setting up my "new" Mi 11.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I need the feature for my work.

Ps.: both phones are running Xiaomi.EU stable (Android 12, latest stable.)

Okay I found the Battery Scenes thing and disabled it. I still had that on. Fingers crossed but please share if you have any tips, ideas, I reeeeaally need to get this to work.

Ps.: Why do we have like 69 battery savers tho.
