Mi 11 ultra no update

Hi guys. Right just got myself a 11 ultra and it's running v13.12.0 ROM and security patch is 01/04/21. I've tried to update the ROM via the update app but it's showing nothing..actually it's like the uodate app isn't searching for anything as I get an instant message saying I'm on the latest software. Another problem is Google Wallet throwing up security errors so can't use it and a couple of apps l, i.e eBay is not compatible. Ok without going down the rooting process is there a fix for the above ? Any help be great
