Mi 11 ultra Chinese version

Hello everybody,

i am new at this so please forgive me if this was answered before.
I am in Europe , and i would buy Mi 11 ultra 12/256 in UAE. In the store , it is said for the device that it is chinese version. So , if I want it to be on EU rom , in order to have google services and different languages, can I do it and how would i do it?
