Mi 10T – Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools error

Hi,
I am owner of Mi 10T and trying to disable some system apps like the MI browser via this java tool - Xiaomi ADB/Fastboot Tools, but when I connect phone in ADB's mode I get error - the device cannot be loaded. Try setting the USB configuration to data transfer or launching the application with root/admin privileges.
USB debugging, Install via USB and USB debugging (Security settings) are set/allowed.
