message stays blocks screen on after closing the apps from home button

Hi,

I am using PCOC X4 PRO 5g OS VERSION 1.0.8.0 HYPER OS i have some software glitch in phone every time i close APPS using home button close recent APP's using close button the recent message like 223 cleared or app related does not disappear immediately it stays on blocks my screen and key pad . i have share the attachment.
