Since moving to nougat cannot enable setting Settings >Adittional Settings >Developer Options >Memory Optimization.
Tried full wipes and fresh installs with no success. After setting Memory Optimization >Middle ( Low, High doesn't make difference) and consecutive reboot setting is back to Off. Not that it's critical as phone works flawlessly and without lags, it's rather old habit from days when I had Jiayu G4A with MIUI 5 and 6 roms, on that device setting made visible improvement.
