Max 2 Freezes And Android System Errors

I just received a Xiaomi Max 2 from Geekbuying and I live in Spain. The cell phone gives constant system errors, to which I send the reports. Also using any keyboard freeze for several seconds and then write what you want. Background processes are usually stopped. I guess it will be a problem with the operating system. When requesting an update tells me that it has installed the last, which is not true. It has 8.5.5 and I have seen for download 8.5.10 at least. It is complicated to work with. What I can do?

Have you tried doing a reset to factory conditions?
