Recently got a Note 9 Pro with a dead microphone making scratch sounds only.
So I just opened it and did replace the charging port, where the mic is located, by a new one.
Sadly, it's still not working so I did test both mic in the FQC Test (by tapping the Kernel Version multiple times) and both mic dont work (values are -1dB then stuck at 38dB).
Important note is that it is also crashing my phone OS when I test it, same with the recording app for testing.
I'm not sure but could it be some software issues instead of hardware?
