Lte Cannels On Mi4c

In my village is a provider of LTE transmitter installed on Channel 20(800).
My Mi4C don't want connect on LTE. So, i see that maybe is problem, because the Mi4C doesn't support this channel, or is possible to resolve this with software?

2G bands GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 - SIM 1 & SIM 2
3G bands HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100 TD-SCDMA
4G bands LTE band 1(2100), 3(1800), 7(2600), 38(2600), 39(1900), 40(2300), 41(2500)

That's the only networks the phone works on, software can't make the phone use a diferent frequency.
