LTE (4G) not working

Hey there,

the LTE on my Pocophone is not working.

Here is what I have tried so far:
- I tried both SIM-Slots
- asked my service Provider (Vodafone Germany) if LTE is enabled
- checked if the APNs are correct
- selected Networks manually (i can select the Vodafone 4G network, but i get no Signal)

My Phone is up to date on MIUI 9.6.22.0

Is there a possibility to get my LTE to work? Do i need to unlock Band20 connectivity first?

Band20 is unlocked by default.
Maybe reflash the offcial rom again with miflash and/or then the xiaomi.eu rom.
If it's a hardware fault... take it to your service center please
