Low Fps Video Shooting Mi Note Pro

Is it possible to fix somehow android 5.1.1. issue with low FPS video shooting with rear camera?
Android 5.0.2. camera is OK but it is not possible to downgrade from DEV ROM to STABLE ROM :-(

Yes I did. That's a known issue of Mi Note Pro - SIM cards unable to find network when you downgrade from 5.1.1. to 5.0.2 android ROM. Whatever you do - wipe, full reset, various ROMs. That's why I have to stick to DEV rom with 5.1.1. But it seems that Xiaomi cares less about both issues.

This has been stated many times here: you have to perform MiFlash when downgrade from 5.1 on Note Pro.

Thanks for a feedback, Acid. Do you mean flash unpacked ROM files via MiFlash tool?
I didn't try it. I flashed via Fastboot/TWRP and via Mi Pc Suite, also flashed modem via Fastboot - no result.

UPD:
Tried to flash Chinese 5.0.2. stable ROM via MiFlash tool with flash_all.bat - SIM1 out of service but camera is OK.
Then wiped all except storage via Fastboot/TWRP and flashed EU 5.0.2. stable ROM - SIM1 out of service but camera is OK.

So the downgrade is stll impossible. Will get back to EU 5.1.1. developer ROM - I prefer working SIMs and can put up with low FPS issue.
