Issues with unlocking bootloader, Xiaomi 11T Pro

Hello,
I have been experiencing problems with unlocking the bootloader. I have downloaded Xiaomi unlocking tool for my computer, enabled the options in developer settings, added a Mi Account, but my computer does not recognize the device (Xiaomi 11T Pro). Does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you!

how do i install those DRIVERS, ADB AND FASTBOOT TOOLS
I'd love some help. Not quite tech savvy
