New Issue with playing videos/gaming

Hello. I have a rather unusual problem: when watching a movie on any platform, be it YT / Netflix, it randomly takes me back to the desktop with the movie playing in the window, even when I don't press any button on the navigation bar. This also happens while gaming, but instead of being thrown to the desktop, it pauses the game.
